Officials deny Washtenaw County farmer’s request to permit tiny homes – MLive.com

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A Washtenaw County township that has been home to an unpermitted tiny home community for years isn’t opening its arms to downsized dwellings.
On Wednesday, June 21, the Webster Township Planning Commission, with little discussion, voted down a farmer’s request that the township consider changing local law to formally allow the pint-sized homes.
