A  family in Breckinridge County is at the center of a court case that is getting worldwide attention.

Joe and Nicole Naugler contend that their 10 children were taken from them by the state because of their “off the grid lifestyle,” and because their youngsters are home schooled.
The family lives in the small community of Garfield.
Authorities said there is no running water.
According to family spokesperson, Pace Ellsworthe, Nicole Naugler, who is pregnant, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The couple have raised nearly $34,000 for their legal fight to get their children back.
The Nauglers are due in court Monday for a custody hearing.
